Challenge #19 Inspiration with Rachel

Hello! Rachel here today with some inspiration for Challenge 19!

I chose the top row for my inspiration - Color Inspiration, Polka Dots, and Birthday. And this is the color combination I chose:

I just love the cozy red and warm browns. Gorgeous!

I started by cutting a panel from white cardstock with a Stitched Rectangle and then cut a Stitched Oval out of the center. I created a card base and then adhered some light brown polka dot paper where it would show through my die cut oval. I adhered my panel on top of this using foam tape for some dimension. I cut my cup from some red paper and then added some shading with a couple of Copic markers to make it look a little more dimensional. I added some Wink of Stella to the "liquid" in the cup to make it look wet IRL. I adhered my image into the oval using some Multi Medium Matte and then started on my sentiment. I heat embossed it in white and then used a Stitched Banner die to cut it out. I adhered it flat to the panel and used a little foam tape where it crossed over into the oval. I finished everything off with a few Sparkling Clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.

Challenge #19 Inspiration with Judy

Hello, friends!  It's Judy here today with a card to inspire you for our current Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge #19!  Are you enjoying this fun inspiration board this week?  I do hope you have found some time to play along with us!

For my card today, I decided to play with the right column: Birthday/Masculine/Use Packaging Goods.

I am always in need of birthday cards...coming from a large family and having four children who attend a lot of parties, I am always happy to have some masculine cards on hand.  I kept it simple by following a monochromatic color scheme; I do love blues and silvers together.  My packaging goods?  Believe it or not, the twine on my tag is from a comforter set from Pottery Barn!  That comforter was tied up in multiple strands of twine...and I kept it all for card-making purposes!

Supplies:
Stamps: WPlus9 (Happy Wishes)
Dies: Paper Smooches (Gift Tags 2); Simon Says Stamp (Stitched Circles)
Other: Silver metallic gems, Anna Griffin patterned paper, twine from Pottery Barn packaging

I hope my card has inspired you to play along with us!
Thanks for stopping by!

Challenge 19 - Inspiration with Amina

Hello Everyone
Hope you are doing well. Today I am here to inspire you to create a card for challenge 19. The tic tac themes for this one are

and the colour inspiration is from this gorgeous photo

I was asked to create a masculine card and this is what I came up with... I chose the elements photo inspiration, polka dots and happy birthday.

I started off with doing a watercoloured base for the background using gansai tambi watercolours... Then I used a MFT background stamp to create a polka dot effect and finally for embellishments the happy diecut is from Winnie and Walter and the birthday stamp is from MFT.

Thanks for stopping by.
Love,
Amina
